You agree to notify hottaya immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. hottaya is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be treated as having been authorised by you.
hottaya strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number. This adds a significant layer of protection to your account and is available at no cost through your account security settings.
hottaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players:
Cryptocurrency of any kind is not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method on hottaya. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum deposit limit, though hottaya reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large transactions in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. hottaya aims to process withdrawal requests within minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification. hottaya reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a government-issued Philippine ID — before processing any withdrawal request.
All transactions on hottaya are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). hottaya does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
hottaya may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds cannot be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
hottaya reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account without notice. It is your responsibility to review the expiry terms of any bonus before accepting it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hottaya's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits hottaya's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
hottaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, if we are required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority, or if we reasonably determine that continued operation of your account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Funds in your account will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to hottaya.
You may close your account at any time by contacting the hottaya support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all identity verification requirements have been met. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The online gaming activities conducted through hottaya are subject to the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hottaya platform, you agree to first contact the hottaya support team to seek an informal resolution. hottaya will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the hottaya platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
